I was the benefactor of Cole Worley's knowledge and professionalism. I entered the emergency room on a Saturday night with jaw pain. Cole took me back immediately, asked me a few questions, and then said, “I think you are having a heart attack.” I had not felt well for months, but nobody had suspected cardiac problems. I had not ignored my health. I had visited several doctors trying to figure out my health mystery. Cole knew immediately that I needed urgent care. He called for blood tests and told others in the ER that I was a cardiac patient. When the blood test came back, it was determined that my heart was in distress. I was transferred to another hospital and had a heart catheterization. My widowmaker was 100% blocked. I had emergency open heart surgery. I am so thankful that Cole recognized the problem and acted quickly, which I believe saved my life. He was very kind to me. His attention to detail made all the difference in my care, which is why I believe he deserves recognition.
