Connie reminded me of a daughter. She was compassionate, attended to my each and every need, and assured me all was okay and not to worry. I was never a bother to her, and she kept me together personally. She kept my room clean and did an excellent job. She not only was attentive to me but gave all of her patients the same love and kindness. When her fellow staff would call on her for help she offered her assistance immediately. Although all staff encountered were nice and good, Connie was outstanding. It is not often I write a letter of recommendation but because she went above and beyond, she was well worth my time.
