Cora Loxton, RN

My husband (patient) and I were very impressed with Cora's caring and compassionate nature. She had the unfortunate task of cleaning and packing a very large open abscess wound below his rectum (many times during her shift). She was so reassuring and thorough. When new nurses come on duty, she watched and gave specific instructions. What really impressed us was the following shift she informed us she used her personal time to research his specific wound to better care for him. We could sense her genuine caring nature and willingness to do whatever it takes to make him as comfortable as possible in such a painful and miserable time.
