She did a number of other things just to make me more comfortable. The young lady could not be nicer, friendlier, or more considerate.
I was in St. Luke’s Hospital for a cardiac procedure and Courtney was my nurse. I had a bleeding event and she took care of it quickly. She managed to check on me even though she had other patients. Courtney noticed that there were a couple of blood spots on the bed, but she didn’t wait for someone else to change the bed - she did it. She did a number of other things just to make me more comfortable. The young lady could not be nicer, friendlier, or more considerate. I was not a number, but rather a part of her family at the hospital. She cares about her patients. I would hope that if I had to be in a hospital it would be St. Luke’s and Courtney would be my nurse. She had a very professional aura around her, but she makes you feel like you are the most important person in her world. Thank you for listening to a very satisfied patient.
