My father has been hospitalized 4 times since having both of his kidneys and bladder removed in Feb 2023. We have encountered 3 different hospitals in 2 different states. That being said, we have been in contact with several nurses. However, none of them were as great as Courtney. She was so kind and thorough with everything she did. Even when I could not be with my father at times, she was very willing to accept my phone calls and even called me at times when new updates were available. This lady ran circles around every nurse we have had for my father, even with her being 8 months pregnant. Courtney was nothing short of amazing to us! Nurses like Courtney are hard to come by!
