While Craig regularly demonstrates a focus on patient care, he recently demonstrated above and beyond measures to one of our care team members. An RN did not come to work Friday. While staff reached out to her, Craig knew this was out of character and followed up with a wellness check that led to immediate medical attention as the team member was found to be in critical condition. Craig kept in touch with EMS and our ED to facilitate care and to get his teammate appropriately assigned and admitted as quickly and privately as possible as time was a major concern for their well-being. Without Craig’s diligence and care for one of our own, we could’ve had a bad outcome. Without care for staff and our teammates, we cannot care for others.
