Crystal has always exemplified what it means to be a nurse in the highest caliber. For the 4 years, I've been at LSC, Crystal has taken care of countless patients of mine. Her communication with myself and other providers is always thoughtful, and she has never failed to advocate for her patients. She genuinely cares for every patient she sees. She also consistently looks after her coworkers. She is always offering her colleagues to help them. If she sees another nurse is struggling, she is the first to provide help.
Crystal has always been very mindful of the physicians' plan of care, constantly reading our notes, and thoughtfully reviewing our plans. She occasionally will call me if she finds an error in my plan or if something is overlooked. I know my patients are in the best hands when Crystal is their nurse. She is incredibly hard-working, yet she is always the morale booster of her floor/ team. I appreciate her efforts and humanity.
