I stayed at the hospital for about a week. Crystal Lane went beyond her job parameters and made me feel like I had something to fight for and that I could push through some of the tough prep. Instead of taking my discouragement at face value, she showed me that small steps can lead you in a right path. Without her, I probably wouldn't be getting the procedure I need due to not prepping myself properly. She has a kind heart and soul. Out of all the nurses, she definitely stood out to me and made an impact on my stay for the better.
