Just want to let you know how much I, and my family, appreciate your very special employee, Crystal. Your entire ICU team was so comforting, compassionate, and caring during my brother's stay. You all offered him the best care possible and the kindest support for his family. Crystal remained with us all day on his last day on this earth. Know she had other patients but, I truly feel like she became a member of our family. She was so very attentive and answered all of our questions and concerns. She has a very special talent for knowing what families need when they are hurting most in their lives. She asked if she could pray for us and we were just so blessed to have her pray for us and our beloved family member. We lost a family member that day and added a special person to our lives, Crystal. I will never forget how caring and compassionate she was. Thank you all for all that you did as everyone worked 24-7 for 8 days. What a total blessing you all were and are to so many people when we are hurting so bad. I now have a new sister as I was the youngest of 8 children. She is now my "baby sister".
