Crystal Lutes was very nice and friendly; when I needed anything, she was there fast. She was very understanding of my needs. She explained everything I didn't understand. Crystal is a very caring person; she does a great job!

Crystal is a very sweet lady. She treated me so good. She was always on time with everything I needed. I didn't have to wait on my pain medicine or anything. Every time she came into my room she was very kind and sweet to me. I had a very good stay this time. I think she deserves something good for doing a great job! If I ever must come back here I would love to have her again. I can see she really cares about her patients she made my stay very good.

Crystal, my nurse for two days, her warm, loving attention toward me and her job made my stay there more of a positive experience than the scary one that it could have been. I had a rough couple of days and she was truly a blessing.

I was in the hospital which is 100 miles from my home and family I was hurt scared and felt all alone. Crystal made me feel as though I was with family. She took the time to not only check on me, but also just to visit with me, and listen since it was such a long way for my family to travel. I cannot express in words how much that meant to me. The true meaning of loving care.

Crystal was so nice I felt like I could talk to her about anything; just like she's the one that got me up to walk and made me get a lot better faster. She has the right stuff to get a person to do just what they need to get better and to be a better person.
