Crystal has made my stay here so much easier and made me comfortable. She's very attentive in her duties. Crystal was very friendly and polite. She checked on me every hour, made sure I was pain-free and would lend an ear when necessary. She explained all my meds. Answered all my questions. She even had my wife saying hospitals need more nurses like Crystal and my wife wasn't the patient. Once again, a big shout out to all the nurses on 3 West. You guys love your jobs and it shows. Keep up the great job that you all do. And, thank you, Crystal, for taking such great care of me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much.
