The day I was induced at Huntington Hospital, Crystal stood out to me. She was compassionate, caring, empathetic, not only towards me but towards my family as well. She made me feel comforted and gained my trust, in the few hours she was with me. She would come and turn me every hour and that stood out to me. I didn't feel alone because of her. She held me and talked me through my epidural, as I was in a lot of pain and needed frequent breaks. She was also very encouraging with my breathing during contractions. Lastly, she made a hat with a bow on top and placed it on the newborn bed where my daughter would go to be checked, cleaned and weighed. She said it was to encourage me through my labor and delivery. It was nice to look over and see the hat. So nice that I kept her hat with the bow and it is now in a shadow box for my daughter to have as a keepsake. Thank you, Crystal!
