Crystal was an outstanding nurse yesterday. For reasons unknown to me, she came on mid-shift. She was beyond kind and caring. Right before she left, she made sure my little boy had everything he could possibly need to take a water-less shower. If I needed something she was prompt and if she couldn't deliver, she kept working until she could! There wasn't really ONE thing she did that I could tell a story about to show you how wonderful she was. It was everything. Everything she did seemed to come from her heart. Her smile wasn't superficial. She cared about my boy and did all she could for him. Finer service cannot be found. She was thoughtful and caring. She listened well and worked harder. Her bedside manner was off the chart. Crystal was gentle and calm. She let us sleep. She worked around my tired or hungry baby to do what was best for him. When Crystal was nurse, I could relax because I knew he was in the best of hands.
