Crystal immediately jumped in using different techniques to make me more comfortable but speed along the labor.
When Crystal came on shift I had already been in labor for 16 hours. I had just received an epidural but was dilating still very slowly. She immediately jumped in using different techniques to make me more comfortable but speed along the labor. She constantly monitored my and baby's health, used a peanut ball and different positions for baby to labor down, and giving me clear guidance on medications for my blood pressure.
While pushing, she set up a genius position with a towel and a squat bar that I truly feel was the difference that allowed me to have a vaginal delivery. She is professional, decisive, kind, and a great coach- and such a blessing that my baby and I are healthy two days after the birth.
