A very ill patient came to the ER and had his beloved AC/DC shirt on, and it had to be cut off of him during his care. The patient was very upset about his shirt being ruined. Cindy recognized this and promised she would bring him a new one. The very next day, she made good on her promise and brought the patient a new AC/DC t-shirt. He was so excited and thought it was very kind of her to do so. In my opinion, that was an example of going above and beyond to make a patient feel a little better during a difficult time.
