The Surgical Services Executive Committee expressed their gratitude for Cindy Holt, one of our most dedicated and experienced CRNAs.   Here are a few of the comments shared:

•    As Chief CRNA, she leads from the front by setting an excellent example with her stellar work ethic.  She never hesitates to take on extra shifts when a critical need presents, and she consistently takes the initiative to accomplish tasks on the Anesthesia department’s “to-do” list. 
•    She is always positive, collaborative, and patient-centered.
•    Even with my sickest patients, she is calm, confident and does a great job.
•    She is a trusted educator.  She has been instrumental in the onboarding of new PACU nursing staff and is always available to answer their questions, provide support, and guide new PACU nurses.
 
Cindy’s level of inter-professional collaboration and extraordinary dedication to her patients and colleagues sets her above the norm.   We would like to recognize Cindy for her exceptional service and clinical excellence with a DAISY Award.
