Cynthia Leavelle, RN

Cynthia was nominated by a Veteran's family. I cannot say enough good things about every area of care. She is very knowledgeable, is always pleasant, and goes the extra mile and advocates for me. She is a person who can be counted on to do the right thing and I always enjoy seeing and being around her.

Did I mention she is always punctual? She gives me a hug when she arrives and a hug before she leaves. She is exceptional and communicates well. She never forgets anything and has terrific follow-through on my behalf. She is honest in all aspects. She has a lot of sunshine and rainbows following her around. She recently agreed to drop off supplies for a nurse manager after leaving work and when learning one of her coworkers was out sick, she stepped up and completed a home visit to prevent a Veteran from running out of his medications.
