Dalilah Velarde, RN, BSN

I am an 11-year-old patient who had to go to the ER. When we got to my room at the ER we met Dalilah who was sweet and caring. She brought me to my chest x-ray, she hooked my IV in, and she drew some of my blood. She also did a nose swab to test me for viruses. Dalilah even calmed my parents down because she knew they were worried. Dalilah got me settled into the ER and my room on the Ped Hem/Onc. She also gave me a tour of the hospital on the way to my room and we bonded over start wars. I want to thank Dalilah for everything she did so much for me and my family.
