My hubby, M, was admitted from the Emergency Department, had surgery, and was then discharged. He was then admitted again thru the ED and in a very critical state. He was admitted to ICU then IMCU and then to Med/Surg. Having Danielle as M's nurse was a godsend since she had been M's nurse before in 2019 when he was first diagnosed with colon cancer. There are not enough words to describe why Danielle is by far the best nurse out of many wonderful nurses at this hospital, but I'll try.
Danielle is professional, respectful, skilled, knowledgeable, observant, attentive, thinks outside of the box, and goes above and beyond for the patient and their family (me) and her coworkers. She is willing to take her time to answer questions and she gave tips to me regarding his home care. She has a calm, cool, calculated demeanor and she is kind, compassionate, empathetic, and sympathetic. She is pleasant, jovial, humorous with always a smile for my husband and myself.
