Nurse Danielle treated my father, who is an 80-year-old Korean veteran, with extreme dignity and respect. She listened to his concerns along with his stories showing only sincere interest. Nurse Danielle went to every avenue to ensure my father received his medication that day. My father's high blood pressure medication ran out and the pharmacy at Perry Hill stated, "it was in the mail". The post office stated, "it was in Dothan, AL", but it had not been delivered in over 3 days. Nurse Danielle heard his concern, talked to the clinic pharmacist, then to the doctor and triumphed by obtaining a temporary prescription for my dad.
