In April, I had a follow-up appointment with my doctor to discuss my recovery from prostate cancer. Due to an unexpected emergency, the doctor was unable to see me, so I visited with Nurse Danielle Mitchell, APRN. 

While I have been especially pleased with all my encounters with Stormont Vail and Cotton O'Neil professionals, my appointment with Nurse Mitchell was one of the most pleasant and informative ones I have ever had with a medical professional. 

Nurse Mitchell listened carefully to all my questions and concerns about my prostate cancer recovery and answered all of them with care. Her concern for my well-being was obvious throughout my appointment. Her expertise on the topics we discussed was quite obvious and greatly appreciated. I have been carefully following the advice and recommendations I've received from both Nurse Mitchell and my doctor, and I am doing well.
