Danielle, a nurse on FBC was recognized by a patient. The patient found out she needed to come in to deliver her baby earlier than expected. The patient and husband were scared. Danielle met them and took the next hour to explain what to expect and the plan.
"She took so much time with us to answer all of our questions and make us feel comfortable with the unexpected and had so much patience with us not batting an eye with all the questions we had. Danielle made me feel so comfortable in this fearful time. Danielle is the most empathetic, caring, compassionate nurse, I have ever met. Our son was born at 7:37 pm. She was a coach, a nurse, a friend, and most importantly an angel to us. She truly has a passion to help people through life-changing events and her compassion shines."
