Darren truly demonstrates great character and is a strong contributor to our team dynamics. When he runs the board in the cath lab, he not only organizes the day, procedural assignments, and throughput, he ensures patients are taken care of. For example, we were short on staffing and he took it upon himself to ask for my assistance to do a procedure with him to expedite the doctor's patient. Which allowed the patient's procedure to go timely and not delay the doctor. The doctor was pleased along with the patient. Also, Darren's flexibility with holding multiple hats as a board monitor demonstrates a good leader and colleague to the team. He is very reliable. Today, we had a code in the cath lab. Again, Darren demonstrated great teamwork without hesitation. Truly an asset to our department for our teams, patients, and physicians. Thank you for the outstanding work you do!
