Davina always demonstrates high quality, leadership, and professionalism in her day to day practices. She works pleasantly with all her patients, family members (both internal-staff and external-patients). She is kind, considerate, polite, friendly, cool-headed, and very passionate. Davina always helps and goes out of her way to care for others, selflessly. She is actively involved in many hospital-based committees including Evidence-Based Practice Council and a Magnet Champion.
