Dawn was extremely pleasant and helpful; she goes out of the way to make sure you are comfortable and not hurting in any way. Always has a smile. One of the best nurses that has ever taken care of me. Dawn is a true example of what other caregivers should be.

Dawn was absolutely amazing. You could tell she genuinely cared about me. She was always cheerful, made me laugh, genuinely listened to my concerns and pains, and she even serenaded me. Dawn was an absolute delight to have and made my stay here much more bearable for the last 2 days.

A hospital is a stressful place, specifically when your 97-year-old mother is very sick. Dawn made me feel comfortable from the moment I met her. She is cheerful, knowledgeable, and most kind to all. She made my mother happy by speaking some Spanish to her. She was communicative in telling us exactly what the plan for my mother was and what the doctors' orders were. If all nurses were like Dawn, what a great thing for patients and families. I appreciate her so much.
