What a pleasure and honor to have had you serve as a member of my health care plan. Your "patient first" approach was so very much appreciated at a time when I needed it. You have such a calming and empathetic way of interacting with the patient. I appreciated you adjusting your routine/schedule to allow me to recoup much-needed sleep following two days of no sleep resulting from interesting roommate options. And when I had that "meltdown" night after being that "Rock of Gibraltar" - you knew just how to handle me. I'm forever grateful and appreciative for the level of compassion, awareness, and attention you provided to me while under your capable care and supervision. You truly make a difference in the world of Healthcare and provide a model for others to pursue.
