My mother in law was admitted to 5 West and received great care. But I was most impressed with Deanna; she consistently used AIDET and in the morning she explained what would be happening as far as the time for the MRI, when the doctor would come in, etc. Deanna did all the right things in a calm, organized manner, and with a smile. She exhibited caring by showing the same level of concern about times, meals, medications, and discharge plans that we had. Thanks Deanna and all of the staff who cared for my mother in law!
