Debbie was very friendly, compassionate and quick to get my pain under control. She really listened to me and never made me feel like I was asking for too much. She put me at ease, helped me to relax, and she genuinely enjoys her job.
She also advocated for me, trying to get me up to my room as soon as possible, including making phone calls to check the status and such. She gave me warm blankets in case the transport to my room was chilly. She really went the extra mile, both with me and my husband. I was scared the pain wouldn't get better but with her assurance, calm demeanor, and proactive actions, I felt better in no time.
