Deb facilitated the transfer of one of our oncologist's patients from an adult foster care home (that the patient and family were very unhappy with) to a facility where she could receive the physical therapy she needed.

This situation occurred on a Friday afternoon. Deb kept all stakeholders apprised of the progress she was making which literally took up her entire afternoon. Deb made the transfer process as "pain-free" to both the patient and her family.
