Debra Graziano, RN

I work in the Rehab Dept. at STEMC and Debra Graziano ALWAYS goes above and beyond with patient care. She has a calming demeanor about her but is also confident. She has had to endure working on 3C floor this past year and was charge nurse when my grandmother was sick. Debra was attentive to my family's needs as my Grandmother was put on comfort care. Debra has a caring, warm nature about her and I have never seen her get frustrated, mad, or upset! She is an outstanding nurse who deserves recognition for all her contributions to her patients, patients' families, and co-workers. She is easy to talk to and always puts the patients' needs first! I can't say enough about how great of a nurse Debra is and how much of a positive impact she has on all those around her!
