We then met Dede, who made us both feel at ease, was empathetic, and understood us as people, not just patients.
From the moment we met Dede we knew we were in safe hands. In January 2022 we lost our daughter during birth due the NHS negligence which has since been admitted by another NHS trust in London. We then were expecting again in April 2022 and this is where we met Dede. As you can imagine we had ZERO trust in the NHS after they admitted negligence, which led to our daughter dying during birth, which was avoidable. The doubt, anxiety, and general worry of having to go through another pregnancy but the thought of IF you would be able to take this baby home was immense.

We then met Dede, who made us both feel at ease, was empathetic, and understood us as people, not just patients. You can imagine we had a lot of questions that needed answering, and we learned to trust Dede through the professionalism and trustworthiness she displayed.

Dede was present at all appointments. It was a specific request that Dede was present at the birth (by elective c-section). Throughout the pregnancy, Dede made sure we were always feeling as less anxious as possible given our previous experience - which made all the difference to this pregnancy journey.
