Dee Ann came to my parents' home to draw blood work for my father. She was extremely pleasant and engaged with us all while going about her work. My father sometimes has issues with blood draws and she went out of her way to make sure the hospital had the sample they needed. In addition, she overheard my mother mentioning that my father had an appointment the following day and that our nurse aide was not available to help with the trip. Dee Ann showed up to help us with my father's appointment and without her, my mother would have struggled and possibly gotten hurt trying to help my father on her own. Such an incredible act of kindness is rare and we are very appreciative to have had Dee Ann provide such exceptional care to our family.
