The family of a patient wrote:
"I don't know when I became aware of Denise moving about the room, but the grace and confidence, her relaxed nature, the sureness of everything she did made me feel confident in my daughter's care. We were quite upset through the day and she demonstrated compassion and empathy. I think working with distraught family members has to be harder than learning the science of medicine. She is excellent with her people skills and excellent at her job. We were fortunate to have had her as our nurse for the first part of my daughter's stay."
