Diana Endler provides direct patient care to our newest and tiniest members and lovingly precepts our new team members. Diana's peers describe her as a "generous giver and team player." One colleague stated, "Diana is a patient advocate, is family-centered, and is an amazing caregiver to both her colleagues and patients." Diana has been known to make gifts for her long term babies and is always actively involved in coordinating birthday parties and celebrations for her peers.
Diana was nominated for this award by a fellow traveler nurse who stated, "As a travel RN I always feel the need to be mentored in my float areas. Diana took the initiative to teach and guide me in a way that shows she respects my self-capabilities and voluntarily offers to teach me what I need. She is very approachable and makes the work environment really feel lighter because of her very calm but efficient work ethic. She is very knowledgeable and shows genuine concern for patient safety by humbly pointing out some details that need improvement for gaining a positive patient outcome. She deserves to be recognized for her professionalism."
