Diana is an amazing charge nurse, her organization, communication, and leadership make shifts go by very smoothly. She does not only show compassion for her patients, but for her colleagues as well.
Diana is an Extraordinary Nurse. As a new grad nurse, she has always been a great role model to me. Her close attention to detail along with the quality of care she provides to her patients is incomparable. Her work in the ED holding has molded my skill set. She is able to promptly move patients to holding without sacrificing the quality of care. Whenever there is a nurse in need, she is the first to step up. As a team, we are lucky to have her.

Diana is an amazing charge nurse, her organization, communication, and leadership make shifts go by very smoothly. She does not only show compassion for her patients, but for her colleagues as well. At any time, another nurse on the floor is struggling, she is the first to step in to assist. One of my first times in ED holding, it was definitely overwhelming. She made sure that when I had to pull patients, I felt supported and had someone to rely on. I know for sure that I, as well as many other nurses, look up to Diana as a role model. Her compassion, optimism, and kindness do not go unnoticed. She is truly an asset to the float pool.

I have had the pleasure to work with Diana over the last few years. She displays a positive attitude towards her colleagues and most importantly, her patients. Being in a chaotic environment like ED holding, she tries to make our patients as comfortable as possible. Whether it is providing eye masks or a warm blanket, Diana is an individual whom I would want to take care of my family member. As a charge nurse, she promotes excellence and teamwork especially to the newest members of our team. It is always a pleasure to be working alongside Diana who is resilient in the most challenging situations.
