Diana Laxamana, RN

I underwent emergency hospitalization involving various examinations and surgeries. Throughout this challenging journey, my sincere gratitude extends to all the healthcare professionals at Valley Medical Center, with a special acknowledgment for Diana. Her consistent and attentive care, tailored to my nursing needs, has been invaluable. While my wife, also an RN in Taiwan, faced language limitations, Diana demonstrated professionalism and patience in explaining and discussing my care and medication. She even extended her compassion to our 6-year-old son, who accompanied us during the hospitalization. Diana’s caring approach greatly eased the entire treatment process. I want to express my heartfelt thanks; she truly embodies an exceptional healthcare professional.
