Diann provided excellent service while she was my nurse. She constantly probed to ensure all my needs were met and personally followed through. She appeared to love her job because she took measures to control my pain and kept an environment of humor for my emotional care. She guided the nursing assistants to follow through on services for my comfort and physical improvement. Her days were spent executing technical processes that require expertise. Throughout, Diann demonstrated a humble, professional spirit. She's completely committed to the job and those she serves although some things were very personal to perform, she made me feel comfortable allowing her or the nursing assistants to help me. My stay was very productive and positive. Diann is a great nurse and I appreciate her service.
