I have witnessed Dillon taking great care of his patients, my husband being one of his patients. I could not have asked for a better nurse post op. He made sure my needs were met as a family member. I watched him anticipate the needs of the other patients on the floor, I observed him using the appropriate yellow gowns and PPE as required for isolation patients. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He assessed my husband appropriately. Baptist should be proud to have Dillon on staff.
