My daughter was a patient for facial cellulitis. She was in so much pain the first night, scared, getting multiple doses of IV pain meds and antibiotics. I was very vulnerable and totally out of my element. Being a nurse, I wanted to be my daughter's caretaker, but Divine took care of us both. She cared for M's pain and medical needs, as well as my needs as a parent. She provided me with comfort, compassion and above all, respect. I have known Divine for many years as a colleague, but now she was my daughter's caretaker and my lifeline. I am so appreciative to her for her expertise and attention. I can't thank her enough for taking such great care of one of my most prized possessions. She is an amazing nurse.
