DonaKay Johnson, RN
As a nurse in CDU, I deal with and rely on the RNCC for discharge coordination daily. DonaKay is always, without exception, a pleasure to work with. She is professional, yet warm, caring, and funny. In fact, DonaKay is such a professional and she not only coordinates very difficult patient placements, but she communicates directly with the patients and their families with so much eloquence and patience that they are always commenting how she is respectful and makes them feel cared for. DonaKay makes the transition from hospital to home care so much easier for the patients and families while also developing the plan of care with home health, SNF, Rehab, and so much more. DonaKay’s role is so vital and important for our patient care.
