We just love this, Lady!! Rough exterior with a heart of GOLD! R says, “She knows her S***”. I call her a teacher and mentor. She explained to us all R’s new meds. What to expect with taking Warfarin or Coumadin pills, what foods to eat. She laid out all the ground rules, then with that big smile say “Now you can listen or not." Then she jokes and tells us we need to always love each other.

When I first got to the floor she didn’t have any orders from the doctor and got me my pain meds and food the fastest and best she could. Always was coming and checked to see how I was feeling and if everything was going well. You can very much tell she cares for all of her patients and takes the time to make sure they are comfortable. Always explained terms in words that my mom and I were able to understand and answer our questions to the best of her abilities.
