I wish to express my sincere appreciation to Doug for the gentle manner in which he assisted my husband during his stay at Carroll. He needed assistance frequently and Doug was always friendly and professional when he had to answer his call. Nothing was ever too much to ask for. We truly appreciated the treatment and attention that was received at such a critical period (he became very ill and a COT was called). We both want to acknowledge what a patient and caring nurse Doug is. He made my husband and I feel that he always had everything under control and that he was on top of everything.
