Dulce greeted me with a smile upon entering the room. I feel that she is a nice person. She pays attention to the details. I feel so assured that I am going to be taken care of. Dulce took her time to listen to me when I told my story about my condition, and she held my hand when I feel that I want to cry. She is a good listener. I feel special that even though I know she is busy she took time to stay beside me.
