Dustin was my mother's nurse while she was in the ICU with COVID19. He did an excellent job easing my mind during a very scary and frustrating time. He listened to my concerns and was a great communicator. If he didn't know the answer to my question, he would reach out to the necessary person and follow up with me when he knew the answer. He treated my mother with such compassion. He was in her room frequently checking on her. He even asked if we (her family) needed anything as we had been there for many hours. He asked us if we had questions and took extra time to explain everything he could about her care plan. I also thought it was admirable how well he worked with his coworkers. He helped the plasmapheresis nurse prep my mother for her treatment and get her additional supplies as needed. Above all, he was always in a positive mood and made me feel like my mother was in good hands.

He has been friendly and answered all our questions. He has been wonderful with our dad. He talks with Dad and with my brother who has been staying with our dad during the nights. He is genuinely friendly and gives us the information when we ask.
