Dustin Manwill, RN

Dustin is not only competent and kind with his patients he goes the extra mile for coworkers. He has organized birthday gifts and parties for volunteer and housekeeping staff members, keeping in mind their likes and special things about them. He ensures work areas are clean and safe and all technical issues are addressed. And he does it all with a smile! I have never had a coworker as phenomenal as Dustin. Not only is he an amazing nurse that goes above and beyond for his patients, but he goes above and beyond for our clinic as well. Whether it be coordinating all of the printers to the right computer or making sure the TV has subtitles on it for a deaf patient coming in if there’s something that needs fixing, Dustin is the go-to guy. He does so many little things for this office behind the scenes that keep everything running smoothly. I can’t think of anyone more deserving of a DAISY Award than him!
