Eddie should be recognized for his compassionate care - he struck me with his full knowledge of his work and his genuine concern for his patients like me.
Eddie assisted me fully during my glaucoma test. He made me feel very comfortable at the very start by telling me what to expect from the procedure and thereby taking my anxieties away. He is very pleasant, very efficient, very caring and very encouraging. I never felt uneasy in his caring words and ways.
More so, what struck me most was his observance as to what test should be done first. He noticed that the same test should be done in a certain order so that the other tests would not be tiresome to patients and that the results will not be affected. He thinks of ways to make the test more reliable. He is a big asset to any hospital he would work for.
