Ellie has a special connection to me through her constant willingness to do whatever she can to help our sterile processing department.

There are too many instances to list that Elle has gone out of her way to help in my department. Not only is she willing to help whenever asked, lend advice, assist with projects, and aid in collaboration with other OR employees, but she is also always doing all of these tasks with the utmost level of compassion. Again, Elle always goes above and beyond to help whenever needed. I would call her "The Jack of all trades of the OR". It does matter what situation might come up, Elle is the true definition of a team leader. She is always optimistic, and dependable for any help needed, many times in urgent situations she is there to help solve problems. She is always there for her co-workers with a positive mindset and an amazing work ethic.

To give one recent example of her selfless willingness to help, Elle has recently worked during her off shift time to assist with what was an overwhelming amount of work project that I was trying to get through by myself. She took time to spend many hours helping me get through what was an extensive undertaking in my department. Her unwavering willingness to help me get through this project cannot be understated. She is just an amazing team all-around team player.
