Elfi Lumiah-Ricks, RN

Elfie made herself available without my asking. She answered my questions and concerns in a friendly and concise manner. She was very respectful and aware of my husband's need for warmth. She brought him extra blankets and one of his favorites, hot chocolate. She made us feel comfortable-not as if we were imposing on her. Elfi has a very calming and soothing way about her. No matter how challenging a patient might be, she makes it a point to make personal connections and win them over by the end of her shift. She provides excellent, compassionate care and individualizes her approach based on the patient’s needs. She is a team player and is always there to lend a hand.
