From the very first day on PCU as a travel nurse, Eliza has displayed clinical excellence and compassion in every patient interaction I have witnessed. She is always available and willing to help every patient that may present a concern or needs extra assistance. She also is willing to assist every nurse on the floor with help no matter the request. One night stands out, particularly when most of the patient population on the Progressive Care Unit were very ill. Eliza helped me every step of the way from escorting my patient rapidly to the ICU to assisting with medication passing to the end of the night being there when I needed her most as my patient was quickly crashing. Eliza is a wonderful caring person and provides extraordinary care in every situation. This is why she is a DAISY Nurse.
