Elizabeth demonstrates professionalism and integrity that I feel a nurse should demonstrate. She was very respectful to my family and her co-workers. She took time to explain every move that was made. You can tell she loves what she does and even after many days on the job, it was like it was the first day.

I feel Elizabeth deserves more than just a thank you from my family. My husband was very sick when he came to Audubon and she didn't even want to leave him as her last shift was over. She takes time to worry about someone after they work so hard. I also felt she went the extra mile to accomplish the goal of making my husband comfortable and relaxed. The way she kept family involved was very respectful and courteous.
